Mikkel's career is rooted in SaaS, where he worked as a full-stack engineer and engineering team lead. Beyond shipping software, he developed a deep passion for the human side of engineering, spending years researching psychological safety in agile teams. He believes strong teams are built on trust, communication, and not deploying on Fridays.

Martin is the infrastructure and AI backbone of the team. A seasoned freelancer, he has spent years going deep on AI, to the point where he's wired self-hosted open source models into most of his home tech stack. If it can be AI-powered, it's probably already running in Martin's home.

Christoffer is a full-stack developer, team lead, and product designer with a background spanning Microsoft IT consultancy and SaaS companies. He brings strong product thinking and a deep understanding of user behaviour and needs to everything he builds. He is known for sweating the details, especially when that one pixel is off.
