The conversation is free, takes about an hour, and can happen at your offices or over a video call. If AI isn't the right fit, we'll tell you. If it is, we'll sketch out what a next step could look like.

This workshop is designed to be an unlocking introduction to open-source AI - the only requirement to participate is an interest in owning (at least parts of) your AI stack.
The workshop covers both your business context and the technical aspects of applying AI. We recommend bringing both people who understand your business needs and people who understand your technical landscape. No prior AI expertise is required.
Before the workshop, we'll get in touch to tailor the session to your stage - whether you're exploring AI, just getting started, or already have hands-on experience.
The output is a high-level technical recommendation, so the action plan should be shared with a technical team for implementation.

Build it together
We work alongside your team to design, build and deploy AI solutions fitted to your business. When it makes sense, we can draw on components we've already built and proven in production: a knowledge base, a server-side harness for open-source models, retrieval pipelines, permissions and observability. Everything is self-hostable and can be hosted wherever you prefer.
Every co-development engagement starts with a scoped proof of concept on your real use case, whether or not it uses our existing components. You decide on the next step with something running in front of you.
